For organisations that choose to participate in the Best Employers program, each of our solutions includes an engagement survey, a comprehensive report including benchmarking data from the Best Employers and a results debrief with one of Aon Hewitt’s expert consultants. There are three steps an organisation needs to complete in order to be accredited as a Best Employer:
- Employee engagement survey – including the ‘Core 24’ items that have been shown to be the highest predictors of Best Employer organisations
- People Practices Inventory™ (PPI) – completed by HR and Finance to capture your main people practices and high level business data
- CEO and HRD interview – to gather detailed information about initiatives and data.
These three steps must be successfully completed in order for your organisation to be eligible for accreditation as a Best Employer.
